"Thank You Cake"

I made this cake as a surprise.  It was for a company called Lotus Dog Training and Boarding.  This amazing woman rescues dogs, trains, and boards them on her 3 acre land in a storage WITH heating and air conditioning.  Her work is really amazing and many dogs have been saved and adopted out because of her.  ONE neighbor complained and she got shut down :-( (there is more to the story, it's just really sad) Anyway, she was having a "thank you" party for all her clients and friends, for their business and support.  So I made this cake for her.  It is the lotus flower and dogs prints that were on  her business card.  It is marble cake with homemade strawberry whipped filling. (I know, I totally messed up the "thank you" part on the cake :-/
